Alain Kohnen is a seasoned operations executive with extensive experience in the tire and manufacturing industries. Currently, Alain serves as Vice President of Operations EMEA at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company since September 2014, having previously held multiple leadership positions there, including Director of Consumer Tires Operations EU and Regional Director of Manufacturing Consumer Tires EMEA. Prior to joining Goodyear, Alain worked at Avery Dennison from September 2005 to September 2014, where responsibilities included overseeing nine manufacturing plants and distribution centers across Europe as Senior Director of Operations, as well as implementing a zero defect strategy as Director of Quality for the Material Business in Europe. Alain's earlier career includes a role as European Project Manager at Technicolor from 2000 to 2005. Alain holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's in Management from Institut Henri Tudor.
