William Tan is an experienced hotel and restaurant management professional currently serving as Hotel Manager at Goodwood Park Hotel since December 2023. Prior to this role, William was the General Manager at Peninsula Excelsior Singapore - A Wyndham Hotel, overseeing the operations of a 4-star business hotel with 591 rooms. William's entrepreneurial spirit is evident from founding Hokkien Lang Kueh Co. Pte Ltd, which specializes in traditional and innovative Chinese pastries. A diverse career includes positions such as General Manager at NPJ China Yokocho Co Ltd, where William led the development of a large multi-Japanese dining concept, and CEO of Y R Capital Singapore, managing the dr.
