Dr. Terryl Ross has a diverse work experience, spanning various roles and industries. Most recently, they serve as the Vice President of Anti-Racism, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion at Goodwill of the Olympics & Rainier Region. Prior to this, Dr. Ross founded and directed the Mosaic Nation Tour Across America, where they documented social justice and race and ethnicity issues in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Dr. Terryl also held the position of Assistant Dean of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the University of Washington's College of the Environment. Additionally, they served as the Director of Diversity at the University of Washington Bothell and the Director of Community and Diversity at Oregon State University. Dr. Ross has a strong background in the field of diversity and inclusion and has contributed significantly to the advancement of these areas throughout their career.
Dr. Terryl Ross received a High School Diploma from Lakes High School. Later, they earned a BA in Government/Commercial Recreation from Eastern Washington University. Dr. Terryl then pursued an MA in Public Relations & Film from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. Finally, they completed their education by obtaining a Ph.D. in Educational Communication and Technology from the University of Washington.
