Monique McIntosh currently serves as the President & CEO of Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania, a position held since March 2023. Prior to this role, Monique held multiple leadership positions at YWCA Greater Pittsburgh, including Chief Program Officer and Chief Administrative Officer from 2016 to 2023. Additionally, Monique was the Vice President of Programs and Services at the Urban League of Greater Pittsburgh from 2014 to 2016 and served as Senior Director of Programs at YWCA Greater Pittsburgh from 2011 to 2014. Monique holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Education from PennWest California.
