Andrew Marano boasts extensive experience in retail and operations management within the Goodwill Industries framework. Previously held roles include Vice President of Donated Goods & Retail Operations at Goodwill Industries Northern Arizona, where recognition was received for establishing the best mission-integrated workplace in 2014. Andrew's career trajectory includes various leadership positions from Director of Workforce Development to Adjunct Instructor at Coconino Community College, demonstrating a commitment to community engagement and workforce development.
