Sara Agre has extensive work experience in strategic planning, market intelligence, and category management. Sara currently holds the position of Vice President of Strategic Planning and Special Projects at Goodwill of Colorado, where they lead the development of strategic and operating plans for the organization. Prior to that, they worked as part of the enterprise strategy team at JM Family Enterprises, Inc., providing thought leadership and strategies to achieve key company priorities. Sara also served as the Director of Corporate Strategy & Market Intelligence at VF Corporation, partnering with company leadership to implement strategies based on research and strategic frameworks. Additionally, Sara has experience in managing national accounts, overseeing store selections and assortment analysis, and conducting market intelligence analysis. Sara has worked for various companies, including Deloitte and Family Dollar.
Sara Agre has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and a Master of City and Regional Planning (MCRP) degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Sara also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Colgate University. Additionally, Sara has studied abroad in New Zealand, taking courses in neuroscience, Pacific archaeology, art history, and world history at the University of Otago.
