Lawrence Hartman, CFI, LPC has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Lawrence began their career as the Chief Executive Officer of Coastal Protective Services, Inc, a security guard agency located in Clearwater, Florida. During their tenure, they managed a team of 130 security officers and office staff. After leaving Coastal Protective Services, Inc, Lawrence held several managerial roles in loss prevention and operations. Lawrence served as the District Loss Prevention Manager, Store Manager, and Regional Loss Prevention Manager at Kmart Corporation. Following this, they worked at The Home Depot as the District Operations/Asset Protection Manager. Lawrence then joined Burlington Stores, Inc as the Regional Loss Prevention Manager. Later, they joined Goodwill Industries of Central Florida, Inc as the Senior Director of Risk Management, Loss Prevention, and Safety. Currently, Lawrence is with Goodwill Industries-Suncoast, Inc, where they held the positions of Regional Retail Manager and is currently serving as the Director of Retail Operations. Lawrence's work experience demonstrates their expertise in loss prevention, risk management, and retail operations.

Lawrence Hartman earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Kaplan University from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended Pinellas Park High School from 1979 to 1983. Additionally, they obtained certifications including Certified Forensic Interviewer (CFI) from Wicklander-Zulawski & Associates in December 2017 and Loss Prevention Certified (LPC) from The Loss Prevention Foundation in January 2018 and January 2021.
