Marcia Leake, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Goodwill Industries of Upstate/Midlands South Carolina since August 2023. Previously, Marcia has held several key HR leadership positions at Tri-County Technical College, including Vice President of Human Resources, where responsibilities included serving as Chief Human Resources Officer and Affirmative Action Officer. Marcia also has extensive experience in the private sector, with significant roles at Aimco Apartment Homes, Charter Communications, and Fuji Photo Film USA, among others. Marcia holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Development from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Winthrop University.
