Tom Gillette has extensive experience in management and operations across various industries. Currently retired and involved in personal projects at home, Tom serves as Workforce Center Manager at Goodwill Industries of the Valleys since October 2014 and works in private security with RMC Events since July 2013. Previous roles include Contractor for the Commonwealth of Virginia's Department of Social Services and Office and Facilities Manager at Video Gaming Technologies, where Tom oversaw a 40,000 square foot facility and managed logistics for major build-outs. Earlier positions include directing the Retired and Senior Volunteer Program at Jefferson Area Board for Aging, contracting at Technicolor, and managing office and facilities at Electronic Arts. Tom's career began as Operations Manager at Acme Design Technologies. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the United States Air Force Academy and an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Wyoming.
