Kristi Dressler is an experienced professional in workforce development and education, currently serving as District Manager at Career Support Systems, Inc. since January 2017, where responsibilities include collaborating with community partners to address employment support needs and leading team meetings. Kristi has been with Goodwill Industries of the Valleys since June 2009, holding roles as Youth/Adult Case Manager and Career Connection Coordinator, facilitating leadership development and job search support for both youth and adults. Additionally, Kristi gained valuable teaching experience as a Long Term Substitute Teacher at Covington Public School from August 2000 to June 2008, primarily focusing on high school education while accommodating various subjects across K-12.
