Karey Hagerman has extensive experience in career development and support, currently serving as a Youth Career Navigator at Goodwill of the Heartland since December 2008. In this role, Karey facilitates career exploration activities, including job shadows, internships, and post-secondary options, while assisting clients in obtaining and maintaining competitive employment. Previously, Karey worked as the Director of Day Habilitation Services, an Employment Specialist, and a Case Manager at Advancement Services of Jones County from April 2006 to December 2008, and as a Treatment Counselor at Tanager Place from September 2005 to April 2006. Karey holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Mount Mercy University, as well as an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Kirkwood Community College.
