James Marsh is a seasoned workforce development professional with extensive experience in career services and business development. Currently serving as the Workforce and Career Development Program Manager at Goodwill Southern California since February 2014, James has held various roles within the organization, including Business Services Coordinator and Lead Business Service Representative. Prior to this, James worked as a Business Development Associate at Community Career Development/Compton WorkSource Center and as a Work Study Coordinator & Job Developer at Pasadena City College. James's earlier career includes multiple positions at the NOVA Workforce Board, such as Career Center Coordinator and Youth Employment Counselor. James holds a Master’s Degree in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services from San Jose State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, Government, and Sociology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
