Karissa Hildebrand currently serves as the Special Needs Ministry Coordinator at Alliance Church since November 2021. Prior to this role, Karissa worked at Thrivent Financial as an Associate Customer Care Professional in Member Care from September 2017 to November 2021. Karissa gained initial experience as an Intern at Chi Alpha Campus Ministries in the U.S.A. from August 2016 to August 2017 and previously worked as a Barista at Starbucks from March 2013 to August 2016. Additionally, Karissa served as a Vocational Trainer and Job Coach at Goodwill Industry between 2014 and 2016, assisting special needs individuals at their job sites. Karissa's early experience includes an internship at Pathways Church from 2012 to 2013. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Strategic Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Campus Missions, both obtained from North Central University in 2020 and 2016, respectively.
