Christina Petrossi has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Christina began their career as a Teller at Wells Fargo in 2010 and worked there until 2012. In 2012, they joined Montgomery County Youth Services as a Youth and Group Counselor for a year. During the same period, Christina also worked as an Education Coordinator at Oxford Learning Centres Inc.
In 2013, Christina joined Goodwill Houston, where they held several positions over the years. Christina started as a Case Manager and later became the Coordinator of Rural Services. In 2015, they were promoted to Program Manager and then transitioned to the role of Job Connection Manager in 2017. From 2018 to 2020, Christina served as the Workforce Development Manager and then became the Director of Workforce Development Operations until 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Compliance and Data Analytics at Goodwill Houston.
Christina Petrossi earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Texas Christian University in 2010. Christina then went on to pursue a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from Sam Houston State University, which they completed in 2013. In addition to their academic achievements, Christina has obtained several certifications, including Google Project Management, OSHA 10, IndigoPathway Level 1 Certification, Nonprofit Metrics Certification, and Loss Prevention Qualified (LPQ).
