Andrew Pietch is an experienced safety and fitness professional, currently serving as the Manager of Safety, Security, Loss Prevention & Retail Maintenance at Goodwill Industries of Erie, Huron, Ottawa and Sandusky Counties since August 2017. In this role, Andrew leads safety initiatives, chairs the Safety Committee, and ensures compliance with safety regulations across multiple facilities. Additionally, Andrew is the founder of the Ohio Association of Goodwill Industries Safety Committee. Beyond safety management, Andrew operates a YouTube channel, Pietch Theory, providing fitness tutorials and product reviews. Andrew's previous roles include Supervisor of Environmental Services at Fastway, Inc., where safety and environmental compliance were key responsibilities, and Operations Manager and Trainer at FedEx Ground, focusing on operational efficiency and employee training. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communication from The Ohio State University in 2011.
