Shannon Fritz, SHRM-SCP, has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Shannon served as the Vice President of Human Resources and Training at Goodwill Industries of Central Michigan's Heartland, starting in November 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Human Resources Manager from January 2018 to November 2022, where they managed various HR functions. Shannon also worked as a Human Resources Coordinator from July 2013 to January 2018, handling various administrative tasks and benefits administration. Starting in June 2007, they served as a Human Resources Administrator, responsible for payroll processing and other HR aspects for up to 400 employees. Shannon previously worked at Ron Walters Construction Services, Inc. as an Office Manager from May 2002 to May 2007, where they took on various responsibilities, including worker's compensation audits, website building, safety training, and general administrative tasks.

In addition to their bachelor's degree, they also have an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Kalamazoo Valley Community College. Furthermore, they have obtained a Certificate in Supervisory Leadership from the same institution. Shannon Fritz completed their secondary education at Comstock High School and earned a Highschool Diploma. Additionally, they have been awarded the Senior Certified Professional certification by SHRM in December 2019.
