Richard Barth has extensive experience in management and operations within various industries. Currently serving as Assembly Manager at Goodwill Industries of Akron since January 2010, Richard oversees contract packaging, assembly, and light fabrication in accordance with ISO 9001-2008 standards. Previous roles include Supervisor at Festa Foods and Production Supervisor at Apex Paper Box, where responsibilities included scheduling, training, and managing daily operations. Richard has also held supervisory positions at Con-Pak Inc. and Philip Metals, the latter involving management of logistics and operations at a scrap steel yard. An educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in History from Hillsdale College, completed in 1989, along with attendance at Fairview High School.
