Sonny P. has a diverse range of work experience in the fashion and textile industry. Sonny is currently the Director of Business Engagement and Marketing at GoodWeave International, where they have been since April 2022. In this role, they implement programs to stop child labor and focuses on healing and educating exploited children, resulting in a reduction in child labor incidents.

Prior to their current role, Sonny worked as the Marketing and Business Development Manager for USA and Canada at ISKOâ„¢ from June 2018 to December 2021. Sonny also served as an Adjunct Instructor at Nassau Community College from January 2015 to June 2018, teaching courses in fashion, marketing, and interior design.

Before that, Sonny was the Startup Founder and Principal of a textile/fabric sales agency called Slate Fashion Group, LLC from February 2013 to June 2018. And from March 2008 to February 2013, they worked as a Key Account Manager for USA and Canada at The Woolmark Company.

Sonny P. has a wealth of experience in marketing, business development, sales, and education in the fashion and textile industry.

Sonny P. has a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising / Marketing from Wayne State University. In May 2020, Sonny obtained a certification in DIGITAL MARKETING: CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT, SOCIAL MEDIA, PLANNING & ANALYTICS from Columbia Business School.
