Hannah Hayes, SHRM-CP has a long history of work experience. Hannah began their career in 2000 as a Cashier at Babies R Us where they were awarded Employee of the Month and recognized for their cash accuracy and customer service excellence. In 2001, they moved to Bed, Bath and Beyond as a Customer Service Supervisory Lead where they monitored, supervised and assisted 5-10 customer service representatives and cashiers and successfully trained cashiers and substitute cashiers in proper customer service techniques. In 2005, they began working at Buckeye CableSystem as a Sales Specialist. In 2010, they interned at the Toledo Area Humane Society as an HR Assistant. In 2011, they worked as a Customer Service Representative for Medical Mutual of Ohio. From 2012-2017, they worked at EMIC dba KCM as a Remittance Systems Lead and Trainer. In 2020, they began working at Urgent Care for Kids as a Human Resources Administrator and currently works at Goodside Health in the same role.

Hannah Hayes, SHRM-CP holds an Associate of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Baker College and a Diploma from Robert S Rogers. Hannah also holds a SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM, obtained in January 2022.
