Robert Mion has had a varied career in the technology and design industries. Robert began their career in 2012 as the Chief Marketing Officer for Capital Connect INC, where they overhauled the company's branding strategy. In 2013, they moved to Family Dollar as a Senior UX Designer, where they designed and developed a new responsive email template and updated existing table-based layouts with semantic HTML5 markup. In 2014, they joined SmartFocus as a Senior Sales Engineer in North America, where they conducted live, interactive, personalized demos of SaaS solutions and trained in marketing areas. In 2016, they moved to Wells Fargo as a Senior UX Developer, and then to Bank of America as a Senior Agile UX Designer, where they were a web accessibility specialist. In 2019, they joined Wells Fargo Advisors as a UX Designer and Accessibility Advocate, and then moved to Crown Town Compost as the Chief Technology Officer, where they assessed and managed technology used to streamline and scale operations. In 2020, they joined Novant Health as a Data Visualization Strategist and Storyteller, and in 2021 they joined Duke Energy Corporation as a Design Strategist.
Robert Mion attended the University of Arizona from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Visual Communications.
