Maureen Buckley is an experienced law clerk with a career spanning over two decades, currently serving at Goodmans LLP since November 2000. In this role, Maureen conducts personal property searches related to various corporate transactions, including banking deals, bankruptcy filings, and mergers and acquisitions. Responsibilities also include summarizing and analyzing search results, preparing Personal Property Security Act registrations, and supervising agents across Canada and the United States. Prior to this position, Maureen worked as a law clerk at McMillan LLP from March 1996 to November 2000.
