Julie Moragues is a seasoned Real Estate Development Manager at Goodman, having held this position since July 2017. In this role, Julie Moragues specializes in developing logistics centers and data centers, overseeing the due diligence and investment approval processes, negotiating land acquisitions, and collaborating with consultants and architects for design and entitlements. With experience managing economic and technical feasibility analyses, Julie Moragues has built partnerships with various stakeholders and successfully executed leasing and sales transactions for new properties. Notable clients include major corporations such as Amazon, DHL, and Renault. Prior to Goodman, Julie Moragues served as a Project Engineer at Eiffage Construction and holds a Master of Project Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, graduating Summa Cum Laude, as well as a Master's in Civil Engineering from ESTP.
