Fukang Peng, P.E. currently serves as a Real Estate Development Associate at Goodman since January 2023. Prior to this role, Fukang was an Associate Portfolio Manager at Zeus Living, where underwriting of over 500 new unit acquisition deals across 12 metropolitan areas was undertaken. From July 2013 to June 2021, Fukang worked as a Project Engineer at Walker Consultants, specializing in engineering modeling, analysis, and design for various structural systems, while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure compliance with construction standards. Earlier experience includes an internship at China Architecture Design & Research Group, focusing on drafting and structural analysis of residential buildings. Fukang holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, a Master's degree in Structural Engineering from Stanford University, a Bachelor's degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
