Simon Eagar is an accomplished professional in the food industry with extensive experience in product development and research. Currently serving as the Head of R&D, Technical, Quality & Nutrition at Goodman Fielder since May 2021, Simon has previously held senior roles at PMFresh and Inghams Group Limited, where Simon was integral in leading product development initiatives for major poultry brands. Simon's career also includes significant tenure at Baiada Poultry, where responsibilities included managing the national product development function, and at Nestlé in various roles related to new product development and engineering. Simon holds a Master's degree in Business & Technology from UNSW and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Sydney.
