Dan Sahlein is a highly experienced medical professional currently serving as the SNIS PSO Medical Director for the NVQI-QOD Neurovascular Registries and a member of the Board of Directors at the Society of NeuroInterventional Surgery since July 2024. Dan has held several significant roles at Ascension since January 2018, including Director of the National Ascension Neurointerventional Committee, Co-Director of the National Ascension Neuroscience Research Committee, and NIR Director of Stroke. As a partner at Goodman Campbell Brain and Spine since September 2014, Dan has demonstrated expertise in neurointerventional practices. Dan's educational background includes an MD from The Albert Einstein College of Medicine and extensive training in neurology, radiology, and interventional neuroradiology at NYU Grossman School of Medicine. Dan also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience from Amherst College.
