Ema Martin has worked in the retail and environmental industries for over a decade. In 2021, they began working as a Retail Operations Manager for Goodlife Clothing, a company that specializes in understated essentials. Prior to this, they were a Retail Operations Manager for J.Crew Factory from 2014 to 2021. From 2009 to 2021, they were employed by SUEZ as an Environmental Industry professional. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as a Sales Associate for SUEZ.

Ema Martin completed their Master of Business Administration in Economics and Management from New York University in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelors in Economics and Management from Université Paris Cité in 2009. In 2022, they were awarded the Best Store Manager certification from Goodlife Clothing. In 2014, they were also awarded the Excellent Managers certification from J.Crew Factory.
