Sanjay Sharma has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Sanjay is currently a Technology Leader and Senior Program Manager at GoodLeap LLC since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Prudential Financial from 2016 to 2021, where they served as a Technology Leader and Program Manager. In that role, they led various cross-functional initiatives to implement digital advisory solutions and managed multiple projects focused on Robo Advisor, Account Management, Cash Management, Equity Portfolio Management, Financial Risk Profiling, and User Management. Sanjay also ensured the delivery of engineering teams and identified best practices.

Before Prudential Financial, they worked at E*TRADE Financial from 2001 to 2016 as a Technology Leader and Project Manager. There, they successfully executed the rollout of their first Robo advisory platform and led a team in streamlining development and QA processes.

From 1993 to 2001, Sanjay worked as a Senior Consultant at HCL America, where they were involved in multiple cross-functional development teams at various client locations. Sanjay worked on high profile projects for a major defense and publishing house, developing software products such as a Claim Processing system, Procurement system, and a market analysis module.

Their career started in 1991 at ABC International in Noida, India, where they worked as a Programmer.

Sanjay Sharma pursued their education in the field of computers, starting with their B.Sc in Computer Science from Delhi University, which they completed from 1985 to 1988. Sanjay then enrolled at Kurukshetra University, where they obtained their MCA degree in Computers between 1988 and 1991.
