Richard Hall has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies. Richard started their career at Rose International as a Kaiser - Intermediate EUS Technician, where they performed workstation upgrades and resolved environment issues. Richard then moved on to CooperVision as a Web Developer 1, before joining POS Portal as a Junior Software Developer and later as a Technical Product Manager - Portal Cloud. Richard then worked at PowerSchool Group LLC as a Software Engineer, specializing in the MEAN stack. Currently, Richard is at GoodLeap, where they have held multiple roles including Senior Software Engineer, Staff Software Engineer, Software Engineering Manager, and Technical Director, Architecture. In their most recent role, Richard has been responsible for leading and designing pivotal applications, such as the Developer API, and mentoring others to advance their careers.

From 2010 to 2015, Richard Hall attended California State University-Sacramento, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
