Daryl Tan is a seasoned professional with a robust background in both social work and business development. As Co-founder and Managing Director of Goodity Co since February 2022, Daryl leads innovative initiatives. In parallel, Daryl has served as Co-Founder and Director of Business Development at Stale & Co since March 2015, focusing on handcrafted fine jewelry and successfully expanding the brand's reach to international markets, including New York, Tokyo, and Hong Kong, while maintaining a solid presence in Singapore. Daryl's previous experience includes a tenure at Singapore Children's Society from February 2014 to July 2022, where roles ranged from Social Worker to Senior Social Worker, overseeing programs and providing psychotherapeutic services for at-risk youth. Daryl holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Singapore University of Social Sciences and a Diploma in Visual Communication from Temasek Polytechnic.
