Xavier González Jiménez has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Xavier started their career in 1994 as a Responsable de Contabilidad at F. Roca, S.L. In 1994, they also worked as a Consultor de desarrollo empresarial at SANTACANA CONSULTORES, S.L. From 1997 to 2007, they held the position of CFO at Sono Tecnologia Audiovisual, S.L., and later became the CEO from 2007 to 2013. In 2013, Xavier founded their own company called Esportlet, S.L., where they served as the Owner - Fundador until 2015. Currently, they hold the position of CFO at goodgate productions since 2015.

Xavier González Jiménez has a diverse education history. Xavier obtained a Master's degree in Financial Management from Esade in 2002. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2002, they completed a degree in Functional Areas Management from the same institution. In 1997, they pursued a Master's degree in Financial Management and Accounting from Universitat Pompeu Fabra. In 1998, they earned a Post-Graduate degree in Economic and Financial Management of Companies and New Businesses, with a focus on cash management, from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. Lastly, in 1993, they graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Sciences, specializing in Public Finance and Tax Law from Universitat de Barcelona.
