Chris Woods is an experienced leader in brand management and innovation, currently serving as the Director of Brand & Innovation at GOODLES since January 2024. Previously, Chris held the position of Senior Brand Manager for Innovation at RXBAR from March 2021 to November 2023, driving the development and launch of over 25 products contributing to more than $80 million in sales. Chris's career also includes roles at Kashi Company, where brand management practices were honed, as well as experience in digital project management as a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton. Chris began a military career as a Naval Officer, overseeing critical information systems, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the United States Naval Academy and a Masters in Environmental Management from the University of Maryland.
