Kristin Manley has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in growth, operations, and consulting. Currently serving as Growth & Operations at Goodbill since March 2022, Kristin previously worked at the Boston Consulting Group from October 2016 to March 2022, taking on roles including Consultant, Associate, and Incoming Associate. Additionally, Kristin held the position of Brand Manager for Body Care at Flamingo from September 2020 to September 2021, and served as President of the Illinois Kappa Chapter of Pi Beta Phi Fraternity for Women from January 2016 to January 2017, overseeing a large membership and successful philanthropic initiatives. Prior experience includes a Summer Analyst role at Springhill Consulting Group and a Strategy & Community Engagement Intern position at AUSL, focusing on marketing and recruitment strategies. Kristin earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Chicago in 2017.
