Jeanne D. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple healthcare organizations and roles. Jeanne currently holds the position of Senior Vice President/Chief Nursing Officer at Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network, starting in November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Lehigh Valley Health Network as an Administrator for Network Inpatient Care Management, from December 2018 to November 2021, and as a Director for Integrated Care Coordination from December 2018 to December 2019.

Before joining Lehigh Valley Health Network, Jeanne worked at OneCity Health as the Assistant Vice President for Care Management from May 2016 to June 2018. Jeanne also served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer at Good Samaritan Hospital from December 2012 to December 2015.

In their earlier career, Jeanne held various roles at NYU Langone Medical Center. Jeanne was the Senior Director for Nursing Operations, Patient Care Systems, and Business Intelligence from November 2009 to September 2012. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Nursing at NYU Medical Center from 1986 to 2010 and as the Head Nurse at NYUMC from 1990 to 1994.

Additionally, Jeanne gained experience as an Education Specialist at the International Center for the Disabled from 1988 to 1990 and as the Director of Public Education at the NYC Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society from 1988 to 1990. Jeanne'searly career roles also included being a Supervisor of Public Health at NYC Health and Hospitals Corp-Goldwater Hospital from 1984 to 1986.

Throughout their career, Jeanne has taken on progressively challenging roles in nursing, care management, and leadership positions across different healthcare organizations.

Jeanne D. completed their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree at Niagara University from 1978 to 1982. Jeanne then pursued a Master's in Public Health (MPH) with a focus on Community Health Education at Hunter College from 1986 to 1990. In 1999, they obtained a Post Graduate Certificate in Bioethics and Humanities from New York University. Later on, Jeanne enrolled in the Nurse Leader Program at the Wharton School of Business in 2010, where they are currently pursuing their degree. In 2013, they obtained a certification in NEA-BC from the ANCC.
