Dr. Colleen Batchelder is an accomplished leader and expert in diversity, equity, and inclusion, serving as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of IndivitiCourses since July 2023, and as the Chief Executive Officer of INDIVITI since January 2018. Dr. Batchelder's work focuses on bridging generational gaps within organizations to foster inclusive environments for Millennials and Generation Z. As a contributing writer for multiple platforms, including Entrepreneur Media and Thrive Global, Dr. Batchelder addresses topics related to workforce representation, leadership development, and generational understanding. Previously, Dr. Batchelder founded LOUD Summit, promoting equality and inclusivity from 2016 to 2022. Dr. Batchelder holds a Doctor of Leadership degree from George Fox University, completed in 2020.
