Jean Radeztsky, M.A., is an accomplished executive and leadership coach with extensive experience in organizational development and change management. As the owner of Avail Coaching and Consulting since 2009, Jean has dedicated efforts to offer comprehensive consulting and coaching services. Additionally, Jean serves as an Executive Team Coach at Good Leadership Enterprises and has held roles including Leadership Consultant and Career Coach across various organizations.
