Karen Connolly serves as the Chief Impact Officer at Good For Others Foundation, a nonprofit focused on connecting underrepresented individuals with quality job opportunities. With extensive experience in workforce development, Karen has held senior positions at the San Diego Regional Policy & Innovation Center and San Diego Workforce Partnership, where the focus was on creating sustainable employment pathways in healthcare for underserved populations. Prior roles include management of HIV care services at Family Health Centers of San Diego and various administrative and program development positions within the UC San Diego Health System. Karen holds dual Master's degrees in Social Work and Public Health from San Diego State University and a Bachelor's degree in Print Journalism from the University of Southern California.
