Katie Roper is an accomplished professional with over 15 years of experience in non-profit consulting, training, and communication. Currently serving as a Partner at Good Cause Group LLC since September 2020, Katie focuses on internal and external communication, culture, and capacity building for non-profit organizations worldwide. Previous roles include Community & Events Manager at Sundari Gardens, Board Member and President of the Board of Directors for the WATSONVILLE FILM FESTIVAL, and Program Director at the Everett Program, where strategic leadership was emphasized. As a former Board Member of KUSP, Katie played a key role in rescuing a local public radio station from bankruptcy. Additional experience includes organizing student campaigns at U.S. PIRG and directing political canvassing efforts at the Fund for the Public Interest. Katie holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Environmental Science and Economics with a focus on Sustainable Development from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
