Alison Gooding is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in both education and real estate. Since April 2019, Alison has served as a Federal Contract Background Investigator at Peraton. Concurrently, Alison has been active as a Real Estate Consultant at River City Elite Properties and as a Residential Real Estate Listing and Buyer Specialist at Coach House Realty since September 2016 and June 2018, respectively. Previous roles include teaching at an elementary school and at Goochland County Public Schools, alongside working as a Real Estate Agent at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. from August 2016 to June 2018. Alison holds a Master of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching from Christopher Newport University and a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Radford University.
