Alyssa Johnston-Guzman currently serves as Chief of Staff for the Gonzaga Student Body Association, providing internal communication support and organizing training for staff. In previous roles, Alyssa has functioned as Advocacy Coordinator, developing programs to promote inclusion and diversity while planning monthly events on social justice issues. As Director of Leadership Development for the Residence Hall Association, Alyssa coordinates leadership activities and facilitates recruitment for key student leadership positions. In addition, Alyssa has experience as an Ambassador, leading campus tours, and as Spike Nites Event Coordinator, planning numerous campus events focused on safety and inclusivity. Previously, Alyssa worked as a Sales Lead at LOFT, training new associates and fostering an inclusive customer service environment. Alyssa is pursuing a Bachelorā€™s degree in Political Science and Government at Gonzaga University, with an expected graduation in May 2026.
