Will Leu has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Will is currently an Instructional Designer at Gong, where they design learning solutions that challenge conventional wisdom. Prior to this, they worked as an Instructional Designer at ActiveCampaign, where they focused on customer education. Will also served as an Instructional Designer at Wrike, where they designed eLearning courses for client success enablement. Earlier in their career, Will held the position of Instructional Designer and Learning and Development Advisor at Cubic Corporation, where they specialized in creating engaging eLearning modules. Will also worked at Bridgepoint Education as a Learning & Development Specialist, focusing on HR & Compliance training. Will began their career as an Enrollment Advisor at the University of the Rockies and later worked as a Tech Recruiter at QualStaff Resources. Will gained experience in human resources as a Human Resources Assistant at Jenny Craig, Inc. and started their career as an Engineer at Deems Lewis McKinley.

Will Leu earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where they studied from 1992 to 2001. Will then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management at the University of Phoenix from 2002 to 2005.
