Vidur Ravella has a diverse work experience in the field of cybersecurity and IT systems management. Vidur is currently working at Gong as a Senior Security Operations Analyst. Prior to that, they worked at Optum where they held multiple roles, including Senior Cybersecurity Analyst, Cybersecurity Analyst, Associate Cybersecurity Analyst, and Information Security Risk Analyst. Before Optum, they had roles at Penn State University as a Lab Consultant Supervisor and Lab Consultant. Additionally, Vidur has interned at Optum as an IT Systems Management Intern, where they gained experience in incident management and issue diagnosis. Vidur also interned at Blaze Automation Services Pvt Ltd, where they worked as a Business Analyst Intern and was involved in research, product development, and release management. Overall, Vidur has a strong background in cybersecurity, IT systems management, and IoT platform integration.

Vidur Ravella completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information and Cyber Security from Penn State University, where they studied from 2015 to 2019. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including the ATT&CK® Security Operations Center Assessment Certification from MITRE Engenuity in April 2021, CompTIA Security+ certification from CompTIA in November 2020, Splunk 8.0.1 Fundamentals Part 2 certification from Splunk in July 2020, and ServiceNow Fundamentals certification (On Demand) from ServiceNow in March 2020.
