Mazit Bentora has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering and software development. They are currently employed as an Engineering Team Lead at Gong since 2022. Prior to this, they held the same position at Behalf from October 2021 to May 2022. Before becoming a team lead, Mazit Bentora worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Behalf from June 2017 to October 2021.

In 2015, they worked as a Full Stack Engineer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, specifically on the development of a SaaS ITSM solution called 'Service Anywhere'. Their responsibilities included designing and developing features and Rest API services using AngularJS and Java. They were also involved in writing design documents, estimating efforts, and participating in code reviews.

Mazit Bentora's previous experience includes working as a Software Engineer at Viaccess-Orca from June 2014 to June 2015, where they focused on the development of a Secure Player SDK for Android and iOS platforms. They also worked as a Software Engineer at Discretix from April 2013 to June 2014, with similar responsibilities.

Their earliest work experience was at HP Scitex from August 2010 to March 2013. There, they worked as a Software Engineer and played a major role in developing the user interface (UI) of an industrial printer machine. They gained expertise in C# and WPF technology in the MVVM pattern during this time.

Mazit Bentora studied at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2008 to 2010 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Software Engineering - Bioinformatics.
