EJ Martinez currently serves as Lead Sales Engineer at Gong, starting in July 2024. Previously, EJ held various roles at Outreach from February 2021 to May 2024, including Lead Solutions Consultant for Strategic Accounts and Senior Solutions Consultant. Earlier experience includes a position as Manager of Inside Sales Readiness at VMware, where training and productivity enhancement for sales teams were key responsibilities, and a managerial role in Sales Development at Carbon Black, Inc. from October 2014 to February 2020. Additionally, EJ gained practical experience through an internship at Athletic Evolution, focusing on training high school athletes in performance enhancement and injury prevention. EJ holds a degree in Physical Education, Exercise Science from Endicott College, completed in 2014.
