Dr. Andrea Williams has a diverse work experience that spans over different organizations and roles. Dr. Andrea started their career as a Drug and Alcohol Counselor at the Federal Bureau of Prisons Psychology in 2008, where they worked until 2016. Following that, they joined Southwest Behavioral & Health Services as a Program Coordinator from 2016 to 2020. From 2020 to 2022, Dr. Williams served as an Operations Manager at the Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC. (CARD). Dr. Andrea then transitioned to Perseus LC, where they worked as a Special Projects Manager from 2022 to 2023. Dr. Williams is currently Vice President of Operations at Gompers, a position they have held since early 2023.

Dr. Andrea Williams holds a Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in Psychology from the University of Phoenix. Dr. Andrea also has a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Northern Arizona University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Arizona State University.
