Mengfan (Mia) Chen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data analysis, strategy, and operations across various organizations. Currently serving as Manager of GTM Intelligence & Operations and GTM Growth Analytics Lead at Motive since September 2021, Mengfan has previously held positions at AppDynamics as a Senior Strategy & Operations Analyst and Sales Operations Analyst, where contributions included analyzing sales cycles and building forecasting models. Prior experience at Bio-Rad Laboratories involved implementing data analytics projects, including dashboard creation and insights reporting, while initial exposure to research was gained as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Berkeley Institute for Data Science.
