Danielle Powers currently serves as the Head of Emerging Mid-Market Sales Development at Motive since May 2021, where notable achievements include being named a President's Club Winner in 2023. Previously, Danielle held roles at Motive as Sr Manager and Manager of Commercial Sales Development, earning the Revenue Award in 2021. Prior to Motive, Danielle was with Universal Capacity Solutions as Team Lead of Business Development and spent four years at Cavalry Logistics in various business development roles, including Team Lead, where Danielle received the Employee of the Year award in 2017. Earlier experience includes a position as a Flatbed Broker at Roemer Insurance, winning Employee of the Year in 2012, and paralegal internships with Dana Holding Corporation and Cincinnati Insurance. Danielle holds an ABA degree in Paralegal Studies from Stautzenberger College.
