Carmen Dikes-Butler is a seasoned professional in human resources and people operations, currently serving as the Director of People Operations at Motive. Previous experience includes holding the position of Manager for Talent Acquisition Operations at Workday and serving as the Director of Human Resources at First Place for Youth. Carmen has also worked as a Contingent Labor Program Consultant at Bayer HealthCare and as a Partnership Manager onsite at Bayer Healthcare through Ensemble Workforce Solutions. Educationally, Carmen earned a BA in Economics from Mills College, followed by further studies at the Lorry I. Lokey Graduate School of Business at Mills College.
