Erie Burkland is an experienced professional in customer success and management, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Olo since July 2021. Prior experience includes similar roles at GrowFlow and Toast, Inc. in 2020, alongside a notable tenure at BevSpot from January 2016 to January 2020, where Erie held positions including Product Manager and Team Lead for Customer Success Managers. Before entering the tech industry, Erie was a Managing Partner at Northstar Cafe from 2008 to 2015 and completed an internship with the University of Toledo Athletics Department in 2008. Erie holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from Ohio University and has also engaged in a business-focused study abroad program at éklore-ed School of Management.
