Matthew Sweeney is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in product development and engineering within the cybersecurity sector. As Chief Product Officer and Co-Founder of Gomboc.ai since March 2024, Sweeney previously held significant roles including Head of Engineering for Mandiant Security Validation at Google and Senior Director of Mandiant Security Validation at Mandiant, where Sweeney spearheaded the successful transition to a SaaS delivery model and delivered a high-performing Breach and Attack Simulation product. Sweeney's background includes architectural and leadership roles at Fortinet, OPÄ€Q Networks, FireEye, and SRC, Inc., contributing to innovations in secure network solutions and risk assessment technologies, supported by a strong academic foundation in Computer Science and English from the University at Buffalo.
