Monique Odijk - RSE currently serves as HR Manager Talentontwikkeling & Innovatie at Gom Schoonhouden since September 2019, and has been with Trigion as Manager Sales since March 2011, focusing on broad connections in the field of security. Previous roles include Senior Salesmanager Zakelijke Dienstverlening at Facilicom from 2006 to 2010, Salesmanager Zakelijke Dienstverlening at Group 4 Falck from 2003 to 2005, and National Salesmanager Hospitality at Falck Security & Services from 2001 to 2003. Monique's career began as an Advisor Hospitality at Receptie Service B.V. from 1995 to 2001 and Coördinator Receptie Services at Nederlandse Veiligheidsdienst Groep from 1990 until 1995. Monique holds an RSE degree in Security from De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences and completed additional studies at Open Universiteit from 2006 to 2008.
